Nice beach views from the property. The Filipino breakfast options were better than expected, giving a local flavor to the dining experience.
The property maintenance is severely lacking. mattresses are old with metal springs poking through, making sleep a challenge. Amenities are also sparse, with some rooms lacking basic features like wifi and TV. Dining was a letdown with dry, overpriced dishes. a supposed 'pizza' came out undercooked and lacking necessary toppings. On the last day, water supply issues forced showers in other facilities, further complicating the stay.

It was just a nice choice for resting at all in Pagudpud with good price value. The plentiful coffee refills during breakfast made my mornings much better. Be aware that the beach area has rocky spots, so wear appropriate footwear.
